Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

To register on bae999 and use its gaming services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and accounts will be suspended if proof cannot be provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts operated using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be closed immediately, and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, bank or mobile banking details — must be fully truthful and accurate. Providing false information will result in account closure, and deposited funds may not be returned.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

bae999 provides services to residents of Bangladesh. Access from certain areas or countries may be restricted. Attempting to bypass these restrictions using a VPN or proxy is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. bae999 will never ask for your password via phone call, SMS, or email.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Log out of your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
  • If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
  • Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

A member bears responsibility for all activities carried out through account access, unless it can be proven that the security breach was caused by negligence on the part of bae999.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at bae999 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally added to your account quickly, though bank transfers may take slightly longer.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before large withdrawals or when required for security purposes, bae999 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) documents. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if verification is not completed.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bae999 is not responsible for any third-party fees or currency conversion charges.

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳62,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes — they cannot be withdrawn unless earned through wagering.
  • A member may claim a bonus offer only once.
  • bae999 reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
  • Each promotion has its own validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
  • bae999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.4 VIP Cashback

Regular players are eligible for weekly cashback. Cashback rates by VIP level: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%. Progress at each level is determined based on activity and participation.

Section 7

Gaming Rules

All games offered on bae999 — slots, live casino, fishing games, sportsbook, and others — are operated by registered game providers using their own rules and software. The outcomes of various games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

  • There is no possibility of tampering with or mechanically interfering with gaming outcomes.
  • If a game or round is voided due to a technical error, it will be declared invalid and the staked amount will be returned.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a network disconnection or device failure, the system will attempt to resume from that point.
  • The use of fraudulent techniques or software in games is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, defrauding, or threatening other members.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
  • Using third-party payment methods or transferring accounts.
If any prohibited activity is suspected, bae999 reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account and funds during the course of an investigation.

Responsible Gaming

  • Do not place bets beyond your means.
  • Avoid placing further bets in an immediate attempt to recover money that has been lost.

Any member may close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw the full balance before closing the account. Please contact us to reclaim any unused balance remaining in a closed account.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bae999

bae999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
  • Provision of false identity or information.
  • Direction from legal authorities.

The decision to forfeit or return the balance will be made based on the severity of the violation.
